Alot of clients ask LeadPro how to run a suppression file. Since generally most clients do not feel comfortable sending out their lead database and certainly LeadPro isn't going to send out their leads like that it can often result in a stalemate. LeadPro is writing this FAQ because every time we try to explain over the phone the safe way for both parties to get their data suppressed without having it stolen most people get confused and cant understand the procedure. |

We worked with a few Timeshare Resale Companies that either shut down recently or made arrangements to unload their existing client lists with me. Right now I am in possession of a bunch of different company Timeshare Client Lists and Hardcopy Contracts. All these people have paid a premium to sell or market their timeshare through the listing company. They contain full information on the client as well as their resort unit information and the ammount they paid, phone number, address, etc. I am seeking $1 per record with a 2000 name minimum, first come first serve basis. New Exclusive Timeshare Contract Leads We have new Exclusive never sold or called Timeshare Contract Leads from 2009. These Are Full Page Leads with full client Info. I only have a few hundred of these right now and I am selling them once for $15 each. The smallest sample I will sell is 50 sheets. Once gone I will not resell until after the new year. I also have other exclusive timeshare contract leads year 2007 never sold coming in within the week and I am looking for $10 a piece format one lead or two leads a piece. Double Opt-In Call Center Verified Debt Leads
High Conversion Leads - Very High Contact Ratio

These debt leads are generated via email,tv,radio, or dirct mail. The consumer goes to a website where they will be asked if they have 10,0000 or more in total unsecured debt and if they do they check a box that they would like to be contacted. As soon as that box is checked and the consumer hits submit the lead sends back to our call center and loads into our predictive dialer which then calls the client right away. Most of the time the client is still on the site and amazed we are calling them so quickly.Our reps then ask the consumer a series of qualifying questions:
1)Do you have at least $10,000 in UNSECURED DEBT(Medical Debt is Included if it's been charged off)
2)Are you employed? If you are not employed do you have some kind of income coming in(Medicare,Trust Fund,ect.)that you would be able to afford a small payment if all your cards where broken down to one payment.(Rep asks if they can afford at least 1 1/2 percent of their total debt on a monthly payment)
3)Have you filed for bankruptcy in the past 4 years? If so how long ago.If client filed within 2 years or less the rep disqualifies the consumer and hangs up.If not they continue to the last questions
4)Are you currently in ANY debt programs right now with any other debt settlement companies. If No, Then the reps continue
5)If everything qualifies the rep congratulates the consumer and lets them know that they have qualified for the program and lets them know that one of their debt specialists will be calling them back very shortly to start the process.
6)THE REP MAKES IT A POINT TO TELL THE CONSUMER TO MAKE SURE THEY ANSWER THE PHONE, EVEN IF IT'S FROM A NUMBER THEY DON'T KNOW BECAUSE IT'S MOST LIKELY OUR DEBT SPECIALIST CALLING TO GET THE SETTLEMENT PROCESS GOING AND GET THEIR PAPERWORK STARTED.
*THAT IS A VERY IMPORTANT CLOSING STATEMENT AS YOU KNOW*
Once the consumer has successfully been qualified the rep passes the data to our lead distribution system and sends to a client that meets that consumers criteria(Debt Amount,State Exclusion,ect.)There is maybe 10 seconds that goes by from the time our rep qualifies the lead and sends it through to get to your LMS or Inbox. We built our technology to make leads as real time as humanly possible.
These leads have an excellent contact ratio and are closing between 9% - 17% overall. There are an average of 350 of these generated daily and we can either send them exclusive to you or semi to you with one of our other buyers. If you where try semis the lead is sent at the exact same time to whatever posting method you choose. We can even email the leads to you in real time if you like. |

We currently have over 4 million magazine leads with phone numbers and the titles they subscribe to. These telemarketing leads are excelent to find consumers with special interests. For example you know people who buy health and workout magazines are interested in physical fitness and those that buy hot rod are car nuts. |
